PYR Royalty Changed To Ownership

Good morning BT,

just heard the news about PYR exercising it's option to forfeit the 10% Royalty to 50% ownership of the FSR.

Could you help explain how this could be beneficial to HPQ shareholders.

Im probably one of the few shareholders who primarily hold HPQ shares instead of PYR. Does this mean we just lost an additional 40% of the potential profit from the FSR?
