the way I see it is,degradation would be given as a precentage of the drop in capacity,if we start with 3400 mAh and after 50 charges we can only get to 3383 mAh of capacity we could translate that into 'the capacity degraded .05% ,or 17mAh after 50 charges.not sure if the math is correct but I think the theory is correct.
