I think you should tone down your accusations regarding management a bit, because management - by any means - is NOT responsible for the (day to day) share price fluctuations. And you can´t predict long term (12 months minimum) development.

But maybe one your goals could be accomplished shortly: buy low (and sell high in 2010) !
