TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 6, 2009) - Healthscreen Solutions Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MDU) is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of Renmark Financial Communications Inc. to handle its investor relations activities. "We are pleased to announce that we have selected Renmark to reinforce Healthscreen's profile in the financial community and enhance the visibility of the great things we are accomplishing," said Justin Belobaba, President and Chief Executive Officer of Healthscreen Solutions Inc. In consideration of the services to be provided, Healthscreen Solutions Inc. has agreed to pay a monthly retainer of $4,500 on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate the services on 30 days notice.
