Dr. Fill - we had three important pieces of news from China last week. One was the story you mentioned, Hong Kong demanding their gold from London. The second was the story on the derivatives contracts. And the third, imo, was the story about the Chinese people being encouraged to accumulate gold and silver. Gold/silver could do some backing and filling here before the next leg up but I sense the momentum is to the upside. Some of the stocks are starting to get stretched but when I go back and look at the 2005-2006 move, I see that some of the biggest gains came after a stock was already overbought.
