question to HUD

I asked HUD to compare their assets in Greenland with those of Greenland Energy, who seems to gain press reconition as the 2nd largest REE after China. HUD responded...and the issue of mining uranium....good points

The 2 projects are very different (and far apart - 1,000km probably).

In our project there are only trace amounts of uranium present with the rare earths (10 to 20 ppm). There is thorium, but we believe that it can be dealt with outside the uranium moratorium. We are meeting with the government to discuss this. The grade of our project hasn't been determined yet but initial results are very encouraging. The higher proportion of higher value neodymium in the samples makes the potential rock value significantly higher than the Kvanefeldt rock.

The Greenland Minerals (GME) project is large but relatively low grade at 1% REO (ie lower average per tonne rock value). It is associated with around 340 ppm U3O8. There has been no approval yet from the Greenland government to mine uranium as a by-product.

It's also interesting to note that the GME project is valued at over 5 times our market capitalization - so I think that there is good upside potential in our stock.

We're quite happy to distance ourselves from GME because the uranium debate hasn't been settled and we have no uranium in our project.

Greenland is a great place to operate and we have an excellent relationship with the government.

I hope that that answers some of your questions.

All the best,

Jamie Tuer
