Message: IC POTASH RECEIVES FINAL APPROVAL TO GRADUATE TO THE TSX

TORONTO, June 9, 2011 /CNW/ - Mr. Sidney Himmel, President and CEO of IC Potash Corp. (TSXV: ICP) (OTCQX: ICPTF) ("IC Potash" or the "Company") today announced that IC Potash has received final approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") to graduate from the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") and list its common shares on the TSX. The common shares of IC Potash are expected to commence trading on the TSX on Friday, June 10, 2011 under the symbol "ICP".

Upon listing on the TSX, the common shares of IC Potash will cease to trade on the TSXV.

SOP is a non-chloride based potash fertilizer that sells at a substantial premium over the price of Muriate of Potash ("MOP"), the most widely used fertilizer in the world.
