My last discussion with IR was they have done everything asked of them and they are waiting for the all clear but as discussed, it seems to be a one way discussion with the SEC. No news is because they have no news and they are not affected by the suspension - it is business as usual with the products coming. They have mentioned that they are "looking at other ideas and making backup plans just in case". They have sought legal advice just to be prepared for any next steps. I have no indication what that meant but I did ask.
