Happy Thankgiving George and Thank you for arranging this detailed interview this past week. 

It gave me an opportunity to communicate how our new AR Cloud 2.0 (metaverse) was signficantly upgraded this past spring/summer as well as the new key features/functions that deliver global AR experiential experiences with GDPR compliance embedded as well.  THe SDK that integrates with any existing mobile app - natively - was enhanced with global AR Scavenger Hunt features as well as reward cards (coupons, landing page redirects, etc.)

Regarding our cash position based on our current monthly burn rate, we have no need for any financing thru 2022. This does not take into account any potential future warrant or stock option redemption which would be over and above our current treasury which is sufficent at this time.

Also, the recent Deloitte Study in the Middle East highights the signficant growth and daily usage of consumer AR.  Good facts and figures from an independent respected third party.
