They reasoned that production is scaled too small to make a lot of money, and what money they make they plow back into finding more resource. They indicated hope long-term for this company and that they might not sell all of their shares. They wanted to push forward companies that could make money with a high degree of certainty and immediately. As stated previously, I am not in agreement with their assessment, action the last two trading days notwithstanding. Proving up more resource without dilution sounds like a good idea to me. And, a producer is almost always better than a wish-I-may wish-I-might explorer. As for the lack of a 43-101 certification, Impact does not seem to be trying to attract a buyout, already has some partners, and is floating its own boat. I think I'll stick around.
