Looks like Launch Pad is already starting to pay dividends. Maybe they can work on the ISM web site next.

Should start to get very exciting over the next few months. As far as the Jasper property I believe we will see one share of the new company for every 5 shares of ISM for share holders of record July 30th, 2007. I don't believe the share issue amount has been mentioned but my best guess would be $0.5 per share.

Lets hope this is just one of many items ISM will have checked off their to do list by then.
