The company is exploring for nickel deposits on its Langmuir property near Timmins, Ontario; for nickel-gold-copper on its Cleaver and Douglas properties; and for molybdenum and rare earth elements at recently acquired Desrosiers property.
So lets kick this around a bit. What has changed as such that we need a "director of operations" now? This announcement comes after the announcement that LaunchPad Capital will bring ISM out into the spotlight a little and increase shareholder value. Both hail from Texas.
Is Allen Mann actually up in Timmins doing the job hands on or is he still Texas based? ("responsible for the expansion and development of operations") If he is in the neighborhood, this could make life interesting as I would say that Randy and or Launchpad are progressing the developement of the company at a more rapid pace and that they likly need a respectable hands on type guy to oversee and facilitate business negotiations or what have you. Many processes such as the mine/water permitting etc or native land use issues may be at hand.
As of the upcoming AGM (special meeting) Allen is a potential new director nominee for the ISM board. It is also proposed that Allen will be a member of the audit committee.
Allen Mann holds a substantial amount of ISM shares. The December 17th circular shows Allan holding 2,526,965 shares in ISM 3.75% of the common shares.
Allen has been involved in helping with ISM's non brokered PP's in the past and has been paid in shares as finder's fees. This one linked below was back in 2006

I feel like I am here by myself, come on gang don't be shy. Pitch in on my speculation as to what's under foot?
