Liberty. I laugh out loud (LOL) because I would be "interested in your findings" as well. We know where you are going with this because this topic got great mileage in past exchanges and yes we all know your link very well. How could we forget it.

I will take it under consideration. Possibly lump it in under the present Ontario mining ministry link.

As for the "IBA" thats an obvious, despite the wikipedia effort on an IAB? I thought that would be pretty fresh in your mind.
