I thought about that. Isn't that a typical party response when there is litigation already underway? Especially in light of the quoted comment that stated he had apologized for the action.

So I am curious to know, back in Nov 2007 we received the James Darcel report (which is in the links library). Boy was there ever a fuss kicked up about that report. Is this what they refer to?
I wasn't aware of any JV plans either, oh well weren't we all just talking about the lack of information and update? The fact that we have not seen anything in the way of an update since Aug 24 2007?
