In the name of harmonious co-existence, let's leave the recent court's matters off the investment threads. It's a matter in/for litigation and as such for legal experts to deal with.

To talk about and or speculate on the matter is not going to create and bring on anything productive or constructive in a positive direction.

We have all had time to discuss it a bit when it came out.

That is my opinion folks. Let's stay focused on company making events and discussions.
