The IR email might be functioning, but I have found they don't respond to it. They have mentioned a couple of times to me that they have been having problems for over a year with it, so one is far better off to phone in. I am certain they will confirm what I say.

I have yet to ever get an email reply back from IR, but they have responded to telephone messages promptly.
