It is perfectly fine for investors and the public to give their honest opinions when they think ISM may release their 101 findings. I have no problem with that. However, there is a major difference if the opinions are coming from different company officials. Fatboy has said he got his answer from an officer of ISM. I got my answer from IR. Even you Tony confirmed the same date as I and it sure sounded like your opinion came from an official as well.

In fairness to all shareholders there should not be multiple answers to this question. The 43-101 is going to make or break this company in my opinion. Tell me why investors should be told differing opinions from company officials as to when this release should be made public. As it stands, there is much confusion on the status of release of the NI 43-101. It is very concerning to me that some investors may be buying or selling this stock from these differing company official opinions.
