I'm sure that most institutions have to wait for an outside detailed report before buying in bulk for their clients.Standard procedure....the lull before the storm....holding up well before all hell breaks loose...Very exciting times are ahead ..Just have to get through the summer doldrums....Cheers and patience to all!!
