Thanks to you and the many folks who spent the day looking for answers .. I think that you are assuming that I am on the same time zone as you and this isn't the case which is often why there is a time delay in my replying to most posts.

Am I appreciative of answers forthcoming? yes when they answer my questions. Do I always say 'Thanks' .. no but I guess I should ..thanks for the reminder.

Just wish that ISM's pr firm would get back to me as it has now been over 3 weeks and still no answer .. sheesh what's a person to do?
