The perception that doomsday sentiment has finally bottomed out, stabilized and finally upticked demonstrated with todays global indexes all making great positive moves. I would say it's going to be very helpful in turning around Nickel and other commodities in general. For the investment community it lends a little help in determining that risk is possibly lessening too as the feeling will be that our economies may improve or at least not be in such dire straits with all that has come about to help the financial matters of the global economies and world banking systems.
