I couldn't have put it any better - I am in full agreement with you that ISM's management is required to provide an NI 43-101 to its shareholders in a timely manner ... I just wished that you were as concerned about the upcoming NI 43-101 for ISM as you are from what appears to be your sincere interest in seeing LBE go belly-up - just my humble observation.

I think a written explanation from the management is required and I am also sure this meets the requirements of material disclosure. So why was this not brought up at the AGM a few weeks ago? Surely it must have been known.
