It sure looks like it!! There's the fed cut and even China had a cut as well. The strengthening US dollar and as you infer, I think many are sitting on the fence with a pocket full of cash. I say that becuase we are seeing this move well ahead of any lessening in the LME inventories.

Imagine if you were a buyer of Nicekl and wanted to re-stock the shelves, you sure aren't getting it for the high side of 4 bucks anymore. Now it's flirting with 6 bucks. Easy come/easy go works both ways.

I would think that the month end house keeping would have had more of a negative impact on manystocks?
