If you use Google Earth you can basically see that L1 sits at

Lat 48 Deg 20'8.95 N

Long 81 Deg 1'59.56 W

Is this helpful and should Google Earth be any different?

If need be you can do an image overlay right onto Google Earth

Neat how you can see the road wind past and go to both L1 and L2
