I would think that the price range we have been discussing has nothing to do with the jasper or Nitinat. It would seem to have more to do with the buyback(IMHO).

When Jasper is sold to Nitinat for x amount of shares(having a dollar value) we would receive the warrants/shares. It would seem to me the real question is what is the value put on Jasper and what is the value of the Nitinat warrants/shares.(IMHO)
