Whaler - this is just another example of Buxom et al beating the dead horse on the non-existent boundary "issue". Just because there isn't an issue, doesn't mean they can't create blogs etc talking about it, and continue to post meaningless entries about it. I do admire their dedication to misinformation, perhaps they all worked for "Pravda" in the old Soviet Union and now are in need of new jobs. As with Nickel77's recent non-issue regarding the mysterious requirement that he "found" that ISM has to pay back their flow-through monies, and this bizarre new tact they have taken regarding this 45 day technical report requirement they've "identified", I give this crowd all the attention they deserve. All companies should be this lucky, to have a 24-7 unpaid crew on the case ensuring their compliance with rules, existent and non-existent.
