Any time a company takes over a new property there are annual fees and annual requirements to spend so much to maintain ownership. In Cleaver's case there is a required $900,000 to be spent by June of 2009. However I see ISM is ahead of schedule as it has spent close to $1,000,000 as of last Sept. Even though Cleaver will be a few years away from any real news, it does show strong fiscal management. Or that Cleaver has some strong possibilities.
