There is also a table of comparables on the bottom of page 9.

"A Non-Recurring Item:

One other factor occurring in the Company’s net operating income in that fiscal quarter was the recording of a tax expense incurred with regard to the tax pass-through investment program completed near the end of fiscal year 2005/2006. In that respect, a tax expense was calculated against the amount and rate at which that money is expended.



This one-time charge is nonrecurring and is in the amount of $737,089."
