It's quite a racket, the last week looks crappy as we push below the 10day EMA of .51
Note that there has been somone placing a large sell on the ask just higher than what the stock trades at. At the end of the day two days in a row now that large ask gets pulled right before the close. I believe it's purpose to cap and possible cause selling below. The hammer effect will always drive sellers to undercut such a large sell. The accumulator lies in the bid buying over a period of time in dribs and drabbles as the sellers cave in. Buying in a slow and steady manner so as to not drive it away and off target.
Looking at the TA we can see there has been heavy accumulation over the last few weeks. So while the stock price erodes there has been buying.
This weekend is the PDAC, we are expecting a trio of reports and if not something on that front, at least some news on drilling. The stock sits at it's one year low. If there was a time to buy in to average down, one would think it should be now before news and any possible upswing.
Someone else seems to think so and has been accumulating all along off the backs of the financially downtrodden and those who have grown impatient of this company on the news front. IMHO
