Three Patented Surface Rights

Anyone notice this. In the AIF there is a mention of the Langmuir South lease, and the two leases that make up the majority of North Zone having surface rights as well as mineral rights. Any idea why those three would be so. Something to do with old tailings from L2? North Zone open pit potential? Why not aroung Langmuir One then?
