Good job Crusty. Now we if can have that in English and what that exactly means. I admit that I barely reviewed the long form prospectus, but it seems to me we may have "special warrants" credited to our accounts. Once financing is completed, with TSX-V approval, our "special warrants" will convert to common shares available to trade. Any potential dividend receiver may add their 11 cents to this statement, which will be appreciated. Of the Shaw Dome, ISM was first to be listed on the TSX and now may be the first to pay a dividend, technically. I would still rather have the resource report.
