According to UBS Securities they are raising their nickel forecast to $10.00 per pound for 2010. Not that this should be bankable, the fact that they are raising it is more important than the price.

As disappointing as have inventories been rising of late the fact is that its still only a couple of months supply. As demand actually increases this time frame will actually shrink.

The good news is with these growing nickel prices being paid $1.00 per pound in the ground is becoming much more feasible. Maybe more.
