No, didn't think you were. I was just adding my 2 cents in. What I mean is I can't imagine that the report would be completed and then not delivered, not opened or whatever.

I can't understand why it hasn't been released, as I tend to agree with Whaler that it is material. However that is just my opinion, and I do not know for sure.
