I would think that the best possibility is the one that is really what the 43-101 is focusing on. So how a deal works out on this and how it is comprised could be interesting.

I would love a big fat JV with the partner getting a return on the take for all their JV help.

What are the chances of an outright asset sale now? Heck with all the strikes etc in the area, who is flush with the kind of cash I would think would be required for an outright buyout? A stock deal may be different?

Yeah lots of scenarios could unfold and god this has been a long time waiting.
