Well put. Filing the NCIB does not create any obligation to buy any shares, it just makes it possible to buy shares. If the 43-101 gets done and it or something else causes the stock to go up, I would not expect the company to buy any more shares.

If they do not buy any more shares between now and the expiration date it won't bother me. I think it is a real positive that they made the filing and bought the number of shares that they did.

Better to have bought some shares back during the last 12 months than to have issued new shares to satisfy creditors and lienholders. I don't know what the word is, but it is the opposite of dilution.

And completed the coring at Langmuir. And commissioned the Micon report along with the studies and surveys required for that.

And started exploration at Cleaver and Douglas. And bought additional acreage on those two areas as well buying Derosiers and then buying additional acreage on Derosiers.

And still have $22,000,000 in hand.

It all looks good to me.
