I guess I need to concurr with your "warm and fuzzy" feeling there whaler. ISM is very fortunate in procuring the services of Dr. Jackson. We are heading to our destination along a road that has been very well traveled by Stew. Most of us have researched his work and are well aware of the Red-Dog property in Alaska, in which he took a major ore-body discovery, processed it, packaged it, and sold it. This ore-body is now producing 10% of the worlds zinc production. Although I wish our exploration project could produce the same kind of results for nickel et. al, (never say never) I doubt if it is that big. Nonetheless, as the updated NI 43-101 shows, we got something big. Huge for us as investors, but easily small enough for Stew to handle (in comparison to his previous projects).
On a separate note, I had braced myself for the inevitable barrage of naysayers, as this board and its precursor (SH) had been for the last 3+ years inundated with controversy which typically culminated with "wait till the NI 43-101 comes out". We were raucously advised that we only had a little potential mine with maybe a year or two's worth of mineable nickle. Although we still have 2 major reports forthcoming, I am pleasantly surprised that the only 43-101 criticism has come from our resident village idiot who merely whines about whalers ability to cut and paste. Other then that, not a peep. The roar of silence is deafening.
Slowly, (and I emphasize slowly!) but surely this puzzle is coming together. Although the shoe could drop tomorrow, there is a lot more that needs to happen yet. Additional drilling has/(is?) taken/taking place. Two more reports, Desrosiers, Cleaver, Douglas, Barton. I like where we are at IMO. Warm and Fuzzy. :)
