I find this update on CZZ interesting. The debenture holders have finally clued in that if they let the company go bankrupt, they the debenture holders, get to take over the company. Therefore the take over offer by JJ could actually see the debenture holders get back all their money and maybe accrued interest. While the shareholders get zippo.

One of the side effects of a Chinese take over of the weak and infirm. Whether friendly or not. But we've seen this movie a few times now.
