It is a little confusing but I agree they probably have to say it .

Makes you wonder if the IPO never went thru then what would happen? We would get Jasper back? Sale or transfer of Jasper should have been contingent upon the IPO. Almost seems a little bass ackwards

Just my thoughts and opinion(s)
