ISM did say they are expecting the report out in mid December and I have no reason to doubt them. Is ISM sandbagging the release of the resource calculation? I guess Blue has an outside chance of being right but I don’t think so. The strategy from a buyer’s perspective (say the Chinese) is to buy in a low market not a high. That’s sooner rather than later and you can be sure they already know what we have.
