Nickel77, the fact that this report has been coming for oh so long eliminates the rush to buy factor in this stock. IMHO The story is so old and been coming for oh so long that it is suffereing from the boy who cried wolf syndrome. No one seems to bat an eyebrow here anymore. Most are already invested heavily.

I thought the craziest thing to do, as much as I appreciate an update, was for the company on Nov 17th to come out and say we don't see the report being complete until mid December. That to me was the "sell, go away and come back later" message to all. I thought a sell off would have ensued back then.

Anyway here we are and the track record of the company gets put to the test. Credibility is earned and so far what has the company's track record shown us in the past? Nickel77 has a long list of misses and to do's or what have you, as do I and most of us.

If it were me and I publically put my reputation on the line by stating a date in a NR, I would sure as hell be trying to "meet or beat" and if I couldn't deliver, I would be posting another follow up NR stating why I have missed ( again).

This is the TSE we are trading on, not the VSE, so it's time to grow up and be publically owned company that does much better with communications than they have in the past. Follow through with a goal. If you bring on Clarus and you have updated your website in an effort to inform and keep investors up to speed then do so.

Having possibly missed what is interepreted as a timeline to deliver a Micon report, we have the company saying nothing and mom and pop investors watching the stock erode 12% in a day does not promote confidence. The "No news is good news" excuse probably won't fly going into the Christmas break here so I would think another update is warranted. IMHO

Heck why not throw out that Micon is totally at fault here and management's credibility is restored and remains intact. :)

Quite possible that a few personal lines in the sand were crossed or that even there may be stop losses hit(RBC)??
