Whaler,

Sooner or later this area will “pop”. The only one who seems to be interested right now is JJ with their 51% majority stake in LBE when it just about went under. They will be needing more property down the road in a few years as LBE is a liitle on the small side.

I would not however discount other majors as I don’t think they will want to concede and leave the area to others.
