With strengthening nickel prices and the Xstrata group having labor certainty, care and maintenance shuts are slowly re-opening.

I would bet that this will also put more appeal back into Nickel exploration and related expenditures. In terms of unfriendly offers etc, time is ticking when it comes to the lowball antics of certain vulture like majors. Just as the SS mills wish to restock when input costs like nickel are cheap, why wait for double digit Nickel prices to do so??
