“The Metal Mine shares will be distribute to the shareholders by way of a special dividend. Shareholders of record on April 6, 2010 will be eligible to receive the special dividend.”

This April 6, 2010 date has me wondering. Usually announcements like this fall at logical dates, like the end of the month, quarter, beginning of the week, end of a week. April 6 is none of these things; it is a Tuesday in the second week of the month.

Maybe it is my imagination working overtime or maybe it means something. ..thoughts?
