I was curious how you came to this conclusion, would you care to share your reasoning. Reading that report without any economic feasibility study to accompany it, is akin to eating cake with no frosting/icing........... it might taste ok, but the frosting/icing is what really makes it. unless of course the frosting/icing is bland.

Not sure why you are looking to "get a seller" think you might mean buyer. There's an article that might be of interest to you. It was written by Mickey Fulp (The Mercenary Geologist) do a google search I think the article is titled "Mining the Market". After you've read that, then you can bone up on the mining industry.
