A club indeed. That's why I'm so surprised that everyone is so gun-ho about the Metal Mines spin-off. Why would you hold ISM shares for the spin-off date (April 16th?) when we don't know the terms of Metal Mines, its mgt, its directors, the cash it will be left with, will its business plan change from what ISM "said" it would do. After the Nitinat cluster juck can we expect anything better? Worse?
