I'm not sure that NI43-101 would qualify but don't quote me on that. What I find odd is the market is only putting a value of 4 cents on Langmuir. Buying yesterday you could have had all the ISM properties and Langmuir. Buying today you get the full bundle but don't get Langmuir. Who is buying today that they think they are getting a better deal? Seems odd. As for timelines to the spin out, maybe a direct comparison would be a good barometer.
