I do understand that this may have been discussed(minimally) or has been referenced to before but I just want to make sure of what the possibilities are.
If I am incorrect then please correct me.
Instead of assuming everything will go our way with the NZZ dividend, the Metal Mines spinoff and what's left of ISM, I am gonna describe my fears or what I am afraid can/may happen.
First of all there is NZZ.
-Unless I am wrong we will receive 1share of NZZ for every 5 of ISM and on top of that, it will be distributed in 5ths(give or take) with holding periods on top of that. NZZ is trading at $.35. You do the math.
-It may have been a "free" dividend but "time is money" and we have been here a while. Patience may be a virtue but come on!
Second of all there is ISM( after Metal Mines spinoff).
-To unlock the true value of Langmuir we have to spinoff a new company, where does that leave ISM. Referencing other posts, a value of well under a dollar was given.
- Let's remember this was OUR initial investment. So here we sit with our shares and a value of $.32. You do the math.
Third of all we have Metal Mines.
-Let's say the spinoff takes place. What will be the value per share? And more importantly how many shares do we receive?
- My fear/anger will come when and if the value truly isn't unlocked and even worse we do not get a 1:1 distribution.
Something tells me we are in for a distribution that is anywhere from 1:2 or even worse.
This is only my opinion and thoughts on this matter.
I fear the worst so that I may be pleasantly surprised if it goes any differently. LOL
