In some ways we/I should have caught this.

We should be voting on whether or not this is gonna happen before the company decides to set a date. It makes sense. I guess as an investor you think the company( you have invested in) would have a clue as to what the process should be or is.

If this goes on long enough it might turn out that instead of making money or losing money, we will be paying them. HEY HEY!! IMHO
