Tant,

I am inclined to agree with you. These guys are looking after themselves and their buddies very well. This announcement along with the Nitinat one are a joke for sure. What really concerns me on this one is the new date of spinout. I unloaded a few shares after April 16. If they push the date out to after that date I lose the value of the spinout after acting on the first announcement.

The other concern I have is. Did they do this on purpose to drive the share price down so their buddies can pick some up cheap? Then change the date so their buddies take advantage of the spin out?

I would like some answers or comments. I only have a faint hope that this management group will put out a news release to explain themselves. Are they just incompetent or are they just crooked?
