I think it would be constructive if the survey could be used to present our cloncerns to management in a positive way as compared to the rants that we all express from time to time.

No surprise that the lack of communication is indicated to be the most pressing problem. I believe that a lot of the other concerns would be eased, if not cured, by more open communication.
