I give aatozz credit for his mighty attempt to help this company but let's face it, the CEO never cared and how/why will that change. A leopard (or shall I say leper) can't change its spots. Either vote with your feet or vote at the AGM. Legally there is no recourse to change anything at this company. These are all things that Gale Capital must be doing for shareholders, but as we see in the latest releases Gale only works in the interest of ISM management.
